i just LOVE christmas. and even more so, when its still in the 60s in december. Its so perfect. I got this amazing NOEL top from BOOHOO USA and paired it with my cousins HANDMADE skirt. My red faryl robin for free people vegan boots were the perfect pop of color. While it may not be a white christmas, it sure is a perfect one!

in distress

why is it that things always look a little bit better when they're worn in, distressed, whether it be natural wear and tear or handmade? i don't know. but this distressed hand bleached flannel is up there on my fall over-wear list! its so comfy and soft and perfectly distressed. paired with my FAVORITE pair of articles of society jeans (really these things are like PJs) my everlane backpack and my new wolverine boots, im ready to take on fall.

i am only just learning that sometimes the things you have planned for yourself don't go the way you expected, sometimes they turn out even better. the doors that are opening may not be the ones i thought i would go through, they are even better.
