music instead, people. i love that phrase printed on my kerol d. sweater. there is so much hate everyday - that i witness, that i experience first hand. imagine what it would be like if we found other ways to channel our passions, like music, like love, anything that brings goodness to a world that is so filled with darkness.

i always think about what it means to wear eyeglasses. when you get used to glasses you don't know how far you could really see. i think about all the people before eyeglasses were invented. it must have been weird because everyone was seeing in different ways according to how bad their eyes were. now, glasses standardize everyones vision to 20-20. thats an example of everyone becoming more alike. but not me.

34 degrees? who cares.

its been so cold here in nyc - i have just given up all hope that spring will arrive. then i got this amazing mesh dress from style moi and i was like, ya know, i dont even care. IM GONNA WEAR IT. who cares that it is 34 degrees. it helped that i had this uh-mazing backpack from nila anthony to store my coat in (but no body needed to know that!)

im gonna go on and admit it. im OBSESSED with bell bottoms. i cant stop acquiring new pairs of varying colors, textures, prints...these navy lace bells from CHASER are so chic. i knew right away i had to pair them with a cute muscle tee like this one from LIFE CLOTHING. i hope this trend is one that lasts through summer, because im pretty damn excited to parade around in these!
